don’t

don’t reward yourself
don’t accept an award from someone else
don’t self talk, mentally replay scenarios, add narratives to past events
don’t let your ego swell

don’t let your ego torment
don’t feel shame
don’t think that your past ways of thought must be maintained for the sake of consistency
don’t settle for speaking in cliches

don’t be a cliche
don’t chase after things
don’t impulsively run from discomfort
don’t get lost in culture

don’t trust people because of how they look or the credentials they tout
don’t distrust people because of eccentricity
don’t trust stats
don’t dogmatically follow rules

Just be.
